Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchasing
Currency
All ticket prices for the McCall Events, LLC are stated in U.S. Dollars.
Payment Methods
McCall Events, LLC accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard.
Age limitation
No one under the age of 21 is allowed into the event. Photo ID will be required for all guests. Anyone appearing under the age of 30 may be asked to present ID. For liability and ABC rulings for alcohol distribution, age limitations include the exclusion of infants, toddlers, and small children.
Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with the McCall Event main office within 24 hours of the error message via our main e-mail at: info@mccallevents.com.
McCall Events, LLC will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, please know that we do not issue any refunds or exchanges for future events. In addition, no refunds or exchanges will be generated for tickets that are purchased for someone under the age of 21, lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, McCall Events, LLC customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of the purchase. If McCall Events, LLC is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, McCall Events LLC may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
Delivery Options
All McCall Events website ticket purchases will be held at Will Call and will be distributed with photo ID only to the person whose name appears on the ticket order.
Limitation of Liability
Sharp objects, wing tips, tail pipes, stair stands, and excessively loud engines, may be found or occur within pedestrian/ public areas during the event. Despite spectator shielding, injury can occur. Stay alert at all times before, during and after the event. If injured, immediately ask event security to escort you to the medical station. By purchasing a ticket through McCall Events, LLC, you agree to the terms of this Purchase Policy on behalf of yourself and any accompanying guest. You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after the event.
License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value
McCall Events, LLC reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with McCall Events, LLC rules, FAA, and TSA rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.
Recording, Transmission and Exhibition
You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You grant permission to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation, unless permission has been granted via pre-registration and invitation of McCall Events, LLC.
You Are Subject to Search
You and your belongings may be searched on entry. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under FAA and TSA rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, firearms, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers.
Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets; Commercial Purposes
Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempt) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by McCall Events, LLC, provided that even if such consent is obtained, use of McCall Events, LLC logos and other intellectual property is subject to McCall Events, LLC consent.
This is a private event and all tickets sales requests are reviewed by, and subject to the approval of McCall Events, LLC. McCall Events, LLC reserves the right to refuse the sale of tickets to anyone, for any reason, at anytime. In the event that a ticket purchase is denied by McCall Events, LLC and the purchase has already been confirmed through both e-mail and credit card authorization, a refund will be immediately applied back to the purchaser's card, and an e-mail cancellation confirmation will be sent directly to the credit card holder.
