What is the date of the event?
Wednesday, August 12, 2009

What time does the event start?
The gate opens at 5:00 sharp. The event will end at 10 pm.

What time do the doors close for entry in to the event?
9:00 pm sharp.

Is there food served at the event?
Light appetizers are served from 5pm to 7:30 pm.

How do I get an invitation to the McCall Event?
The event sponsors send VIP guests invitations. 

Do I need to receive an invitation to attend?
No. There will be a limited number of tickets available for purchase starting February 1, 2009.
ALL TICKET PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

If I'm invited, may I bring a guest?
Invited VIP guests may purchase additional tickets through the event web site starting February 1, 2009.

Can I give my invitation to a friend if I cannot attend? NO. All invitations and tickets are non-transferrable.
Photo ID is required to pick up tickets at Will Call.

Whom do I contact if I want to arrive by plane?

When can I buy my tickets?
Tickets are available in advance online only. Tickets may also be purchased at the door if the event is not sold out.

A limited number of tickets will be for sale to the general public.
Tickets will go on sale February 1, 2009.
Tickets will be sold until the event reaches capacity.

How do I get my tickets?
All tickets are held at Will Call for in-person pick up only.
Photo ID is required and tickets will not be released if name on confirmation and name on photo ID do not match.

Where is the Will Call pick-up?
The Will Call tent is located near the main event entrance on Sky Park Way:
Take Highway 68 to Olmstead Road. Turn left on Garden Road and proceed to Sky Park Way. Turn right on Sky Park Way to bottom of hill. Turn right on Sky Park Drive. Look to left for first parking area and Will Call tent.

What are the hours for the event Will Call pick-up?
Tuesday August 11th from 10 am to 5 pm and Wednesday August 12th from 10 am to 9pm. Event doors close to entry at 9pm.

Do I have to be 21 years old to attend this event?
Yes.

Parking
Secure parking will be made available, with a short walk to the event entrance.

Cocktail dress and sportswear are preferred.
Monterey evening weather can get chilly. Dress in layers.

RSVP: Platinum Tickets

How do I RSVP online?
Platinum Ticket holders may RSVP using their ticket number and logging onto the www.mccallevents.com website. Go to "TICKETS" and follow the instructions.

Can I RSVP by phone?
NO. All RSVP and ticketing will be processed via website only.

What is the deadline for RSVP? August 1, 2009 at midnight.

How do I get my tickets?
All purchase tickets are held at Will Call for in-person pick up. Photo ID is required and tickets will not be released if name on invitation and name on photo ID do not match.

Media

How do I receive media credentials?
Media credentials are limited and are by invitation only via McCall Events, LLC.
All media guests must pre-register at Will Call to receive entry credentials and media kits.

What are the rules for photography?
This is a closed media event.
McCall Events, LLC must authorize all photography for commercial purposes.

Executive restrooms are available on site for guest use only.

Cell phones are allowed inside the event, but we ask that guests use the “vibrate” mode on their ringer.

Photographs
Guests may take non-commercial photographs inside the event.

How do I make a donation?
Donations are accepted at the event at each charity's location.

Is there a charity raffle?
Yes. Each $100 donation buys one raffle ticket towards for the charity watch drawing, donated by Breitling.

Rules

No one under the age of 21 years old is allowed.

No pets.

Security may ask to see ID for any person appearing to be under the age of 30.

ALL TICKET PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Security

All FAA and TSA rules for airport security are in effect at all times before, during and after the event.

Both uniformed security officers and plain-clothes security officers are on site for the duration of the event.

Monterey Airport Police and California Highway Patrol control the entire perimeter of the event.

Security may ask to see ID for any person appearing to be under the age of 30.

Persons under the age of 21 are not allowed inside the event and will be escorted off the premises.

Security reserves the right to remove any guest who does not behave with an acceptable amount of public decorum.
